I have a ZTE V9 Light Tablet. I am trying to download apps from the google play but each time I do that it tells me that the device has not been signed to use that. I have tried downloading the dt.tt/sisEBbpA that I got from previous forum and it says that it can not parse. It is now frustrating. Please help. The Himarket is in Chinese how do I change it to English
