An announced here that Android 14 user-profile data bug. Is this info true?

This was I believe limited to Google Pixel devices. A preventative fix was made available with the October 2023 Google system update, with a full fix becoming available with November's firmware update.

If your phone or tablet is currently working I don't believe you have much to worry about.
