Is it expensive? Some information as below.

-Display size: 8inch
-Capacitive screen multi touch
-1024x768 px resolution
-Samsung Exynos 4210 processor(dual core)

Hi, it depends on a few things really
1. Memory or ddr. The bigger the better
2. Cpu. Sounds like dual core is pretty good for the money
3. Screentype & resolution anything over 800x600 should be good, go for multi touch capacitive screen if possible (its much more sensitive than a resistive screen)
4. Other features, eg g-sensor, bluetooth, 3g, gps, phone ability etc
5. Expandable memory (mostly sd card)

There are some bargains to be had but beware some sellers are notoriously dodgy. If buying chinese tablet check sellers feedback or see what support they offer. Places like mcbub & spemall give support on this site so should be fine. Above all my advice would be spend as much as you can possibly afford & get what you really want. I keep hearing people saying "I wsh i'd put that little bit more & bought this one or that one". I was wary at first about how much i'd use mine so I went really cheap (40gbp) & got a mid 7" wm8650 based tab. I use it every day & have learned a lot over the last few months. I have a fair idea of what I want from my tab & have just ordered a 9.7" ips screen tab (from mcbub so i'm hoping they're as good as their word). Overall, I've enjoyed this little tab & for the money I shouldn't say anything bad about it but it has its limitations which is why I say aim as high as you can reasonably afford & enjoy whatever you get

That is a tough question because it depends on more than just those specs. It also depends on if you are talking new, used or refurbished. Generally speaking tablets under the $250-$300 price range are considered inexpensive. If you get into other minor brands and particularly the Chinese tablets you can go considerably cheaper but those devices come with drawbacks in their performance, features and support. Usually you get what you pay for.

From what I see on forum some pf the bigger name tabs suffer just as much as chinese. Performance on these tabs are geting closer but costs are way cheaper. I would recommend chinese tabs but at the same time make sure the seller is genuine. Supporting vendors on this site seem to be honest and helpful where possible. I wish I could say the same for some english sellers. Depending on your requirements most modern chinese tabs are very capable indeed.
