APAD w/ Android 2.1 Telechips TCC8902 (Pandawill G10, Wiipad Slim Plus, Haipad M701)

i had the moonse 7001 when it first came out and i liked it and usually seconds are always better

Well moonse supposedly doesn't manufacture anything at all. They're probably just calling it that because of the cosmetic similarities.

No actually Moonse does manufacture.

The correct term would be 'assemble' though.

But Moonse has nothing to do this this model.

Zenithink just released a firmware today. Despite their specifications scam, they genuinely seem to have a software development team. I wouldn't write them off just yet.

I bought one online last night. I am new at this whole thing, so I'm a little worried that this thing won't work very well, but like I told my wife, if it works, and she can check her email on it, and do facebook then it will be worth it, and I'll get the 10.2" Neno and we'll spend as much as she would on 1 ipad. She won't be a super user, so she shouldn't strain it too much. We'll see. Kind of excited!!!

It sounds like it should meet your wife's needs based on your description. It works well for gmail and facebook, but I couldn't convince my wife on the form factor... so I had to pick her up a netbook. ;)

Didn't realize Wiipad rebranded other stuff. Sorry. I was confused.

I'm really surprised that you got this considering there's no product photo :D

Actually I think it will be the Apad iRobot plastic shell plus TCC8902. If that's true, they just got Android market working on that. Good luck whatever you end up with

TCC8902

I don't think they are putting the multitouch panel in. Even if they aren't they haven't gotten it to work :D

i saw the gpad in action on youtube at panda will it had multitouch...check it out
