Need recs for kids tablet

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations for a kid's tablet.
My brother is autistic and when I try giving him a regular tablet, he would press the touch buttons on the cover and doesn't know what to do next.
So I'm looking for something with no buttons at all on the cover except for the power.
Thick silicone/gel case.
No imprinted icons so I can edit the app list.
If the icons are large that would be great because he is clumsy with his fingers.

If you looking to buy tab for children then Vox V-92 is cheap and best.it's functions is very user friendly and easily operates.It's online price Rs.- 3,999/- only.
I am also user of this tab from last two month.
