Tablet Randomly Freezes

Hi my name is caeti,
my grandmother bought my daughter a zeki tablet a few months ago , for her school assignments, it started out working great , then the sound started to quit working ,then start again when I hit reset, the screen began freezing randomly then it started up , now it won't stay on and it freezing up like mad , I did the whole factory reset thing and it's still freezing I have ran several antiviral things through it didn't come up with anything so what do I do now ?please help

You may have a hardware issue/ The way to tell normally would be to do a factory reset then not install any apps and test it. If it's still acting up that way with no additional apps installed I'd say it may be faulty.
