Does anyone know of a website where I can download firmware for these please. We have three from a room set not working correctly. One in a bootloop and two that show the hour glass to show they are charging, but will not turn on. I have tried the button sequences to no avail - the first one does go to 'Android on its back` but will shutdown and stop if either of the reboot options are selected
