9" Jazz ultra table from Office Depot

I tried to install the free apps from myStore, each one I download it said " could not be download due to an error (-101). Click ok, it brings me back to the download screen. How ever, when I click on the "download" tab, it said downloading. My question is, is it downloads or not download? It has been two hours and still say downloading.

Also, how can i get rid of that error message and get right to download? I read and tried few solutions posted on the internet, but no luck!

You may just need to reboot, the playstore that comes with tablet is out of date, so once playstore updates reboot.
