Hi Kerry and welcome. You should try and contact the manufacturer to see if you can reset the tablet back to it's original setting as sometime during use the operating system can become corrupt as per the message. Your documentation should include contact numbers and or a web address where you can do this. It may need to be plugged into a PC via an USB cable so you can access the tablet that way.
