I got ahold of an A200 that doesn't appear to be booting. Although it could be that it IS booting but the display is whacked..
I have done a lot of work with A500s, but this is my first A200, so I am not sure if there are any similarities..
What happens is I hold the power button on the A200.. I get the vibrate as if it's booting up, but there is nothing on the display. The power light is steady white and, when I plug in the USB Cord I get the DaDong Windows 7 tone, but the drive doesn't load. Device Manager says UNKNOWN DEVICE.
I power down and then try to put it into APX Mode.. Hold the RESET Button and Power Up.. I get the DaDong tone and Device Manager says NVIDIA USB BOOT-RECOVERY DRIVER FOR MOBILE DEVICES is loaded..
But I can't get anywhere beyond that. Most likely because I haven't a clue WHERE to go beyond that..
Anyone have any hints/tips to throw my way??
Thanx in advance...
