SO glad someone put all these links together in one place because I've lost Flash player a couple of times and finding the most up to date link was such a pain in the ass! thanks again...my Thrive is Flashin like crazy now

Glad you have it working but this thread is so old there is an update. This is for Android 4.x, not earlier versions of Android.

Welcome!

If you browse to that site with your tablet it should download the APK to a download folder. You will need to (in the security settings) tell your tablet to install files from unknown sources then tap that file that's in the download folder. Enjoy!
