What part of "Works best on higher end tablets" do some people not get? That's where it looks like many of the low ratings came from. Reading the reviews has an entertainment value all itself. 
If you like jigsaw puzzles, this app does exactly what it said it would do. Choose from their preselected pictures or choose one from your gallery. If you want swimsuit models, you will have to download your own pictures.

If you get yourself a chess app that says it is only a chess app, you don't give it a 1 star rating because it doesn't allow you to play checkers. If you ask the bartender for and MGD and he gives you an MGD you have no reason to complain that it isn't a Corona, don't you think?

Nanosaur 2 is the 7/10 app.
The year is 4122 and human beings are history, wiped out by a terrible plague of their own making. An intelligent species of dinosaurs known as Nanosaurs now rule the Earth. But Nanosaur society is threatened by inbreeding, so they send one of their species back 65 million years to retrieve unhatched eggs. He returns with the eggs, which the Nanosaurs plan to use to increase genetic diversity and save their species from certain extinction.
Note: Nanosaur 2 is a rich, graphics-intensive game requiring a large file download. Using a Wi-Fi connection is highly recommended.

I think that's it, and they say the app will automatically add new recipes as they become available.
If they call a Turkey stuffed with a Duck stuffed with a Chicken a "Turducken", then if your Bear ate one of your Deer and you ate it, you'd be having a "Beer". That could be very confusing.
