I managed to locate the firmware & get the user data deleted by reflashing. I'm still not overly impressed with the fact it doesn't support flash 10.1 I guess I should have researced the product a little better first. Being a newbie to epads I simply looked at all the specs & assumed it was good for online movies.. For the price, I guess it's OK.
Do you know if the ZT-180 directly supports netflix? Tried google & it states 2.2 software only. Hopefully it will support this.
