Android 4 - Release in South Africa

Hi There,

I have been told that the new version of Android 4 is available. How can i load the new version on to my Galaxy 10.1 Tablet. I am based in South Africa, so not sure if the release is available here yet.

What is the difference between Android 3.2 and Android 4.

The update notification has to be sent by the manufacturer of the device. You can't manually update it.
