You need to be doing it with an SD card. Load the file to the root of the SD card and restart the tablet.

Do i load the file onto the sd card using my laptop and then transfer the sd card to the tablet?

I GOT IT!!! Thank you all for the help! It's up and running now. Loaded the firmware file to the sd card and transferred the sd card to the tablet and ran the program!
