Anyone have Skype working?

I just got mine yesterday for Christmas. And Skype does not work at all for video. They get a green screen for my video. I can see there's. SO after some google searching I located this;

" http://apknew.com/skype-2-5-0-108-apk.html". I deleted current version of Skype and installed this version. Version Links are towards bottom of page. It now works both ways with good video and audio. One thing, be sure and turn off auto updates if you downloaded from Market..​

When I skype someone, my video camera is turned off by default. If I tap the screen, tap the video icon in the lower right, then tap Front Camera and video is working.
