how does a company expect to stay in business when it does things this way?

after this experience they won't be getting any of my business whatever the product is, I don't care if everyone and their dog says it's the best product in the world.....

We finally got an rma# and address to send it to.

I am sending it with tracking and signed delivery confirmation....
I am taking pictures of it and everything else going in the box....
I am taking pictures of everything in the box....
I am taking pictures of the packaging in/of box (will be very, very well packaged).....
I am taking pictures of the box with postage and address on it....
