Best Used Tablet Under $200

I am looking to buy a tablet for under $200, I figured I could get more for my money if I bought used. Some requirements are:- At least 7" screen- At least 512mb ram- Capacitive screenI was looking at the Elocity A7, and the Coby MID7022, what recommendations can you guys give me?Thanks for looking, all help is wanted.

A new viewsonic gtablet is only $279 at Office Depot (and less online). Maybe Great tablet after rooting and installing cm. It is 10 inch.
