Bricked Car Pad

hi all
I am a newbie here and my first post. Hope you will be able to help me.
i have bricked this china carpad Erisin ES7835AGD as a result of trying to install CWM. Now the pad boots only to android logo and recovery button combinations also gets stuck at the android logo.
however livesuit detects my device.
My problem is that the Erisin service sent me a recovery image in zipped form to be flashed through recovery mode (which as stated is also corrupted).
I would like to know if there is a way to transform the zip firmware i received to a .img image in order to use livesuit to flash. thanks

Yes. I definitely agree. Studying for a CISA exams next week and not enough time to do this since it involves a number of cross referencing to other posts.
However you need livesuit and a compatible .img firmware to flash. I didnt get exact image and my touch was not working after but at least got the pad to work and access recovery. I installed CWM for Allwinner. Got the actual ROM.zip from the seller and flashed through CWM. Touch working all right after.
Basically this was it.
Hope to provide details after the exams.
