Broken root, broken recovery and custom ROM

I put an ICS ROM on my tablet. The camerkept force closing and the tablet kept restarting, so I tried a different rom, but it wouldnt let me boot into recovery. I tried to install the acer recovery app from the play store, but it says that I dont have root. Superuser is not on my a500, either. Please help, I am stuck in a weird position here
