Recently my son gave his old tablet Arnova 10 b. I am very frustrate with that product. I need to hard reset all times and very hard. It need to try a lot of times. If it cannot reboot I need to download firmware again. I also found the data copy from PC either hang or corrupted data. When I try to seek for repair, I found it need to return to China for repair. The web site is ARNOVA . I also found the warranty is ridiculous. "All returns must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging with the product. Make sure to include all cables, software, manuals and other items originally delivered in the package." The proof is here ARNOVA . It is a real junk. When you buy the product, you'd better make sure the product rating and where is the warranty and make sure the warranty is reasonable.
