Music,
Based on Mike49er's description, I'm betting it's this:
Size-1130 "RS size G" Power Plugs have 1.1MM hole with 3.0MM O.D. PH-1130 solder-on Size-1030 coaxial power plug for Satellite Radios $4,05
Also, if a common USB cord has an insulated black wire instead of the messy braided outer mesh of the one I cut open, I'll be cutting open another USB cable to try. I was planning to use the included iPad one since I have zero use for an Apple connector and I figured it was engineered for 5V, 2.0 Amp power. Are common USB cables rated for 2.0 Amps?
EDIT: Per Wikipedia, common USB cables are only rated for 500 to 900 mA.
Thanks for sharing to all!
