Chinese Android Tablet Will Not Boot

Hello everyone,I really need your help. I purchased a 7" google Epad touch android 2.2 off of ebay. i recieved it the other day and i went to turn it on and it will not load!! It stays on the screen with the little green android dude, and wil not budge! I dont understand why its doing this. This item is brand new, never even opened. What do i do???

Try resetting the device.You can do this by looking at the back of tablet.Then there is a tiny hole.Use a pin like a needle and press gently in hole to reset the device.It will start up normally at that point

Could you please post more information about your tablet .There's more than one kind of 7inch EPAD .Chipset A8 or A13?,how much ram?, storage capacity? 2GB,4GB? It all matters when it comes to getting the right firmware.
