Ok this helps, he flashed 7065 rom, then restored his 7060 backup, his system shows he is using 7060 rom and not 7065.Dunno how that happened. He had made duplicate posts which I merged, but I must have deleted the merged posts as well without realizing it. I've restored his post. In it he claims to have flashed his 7060 with 7065 firmware, but assuming vampirefo is right, then he must have done something wrong along the way.
So he is now back to stock, 7060. I have no ideal what size 7060 should be, I doubt it was 16GB, flashing a rom doesn't change the size of the partitions.
After some googleing they are 4GB
MID7060-4 so he is missing no space.
