converted videos will not play now

since it stops in the startup with the android spinning around continously I guess I can try reinstalling the firmware. Have I got anything to lose? This tablet is only a couple months old

Did you try contacting the company you bought it from?

I downloaded the firmware and installed it per the instructions and gosh....my tablet is working! Tomorrow I will try some videos and download some apps that I liked and had on it. Thanks for all the help!

I'm glad its working again for you. It might be a good idea to keep those files handy, just in case.

Maybe keep track of what you install on it, in case it happens again. Makes it easier to backtrack.
