compare 1. technical data, 2. how often Sony/Craig does updates, 3. check forums for problems, 4. level of the support, and you will come up with your decision.
Based on my experience with two Craig 738b's, avoid them. Their low price is tempting, but it's looking as though a lot of details are set up wrong. Try to read the FAQs, as well! Sony has a better reputation, imho.
