sorry to hear about your experiences with the sylvania. While the touchscreen and battery life leave a little to be desired mine has really become one of my favorite toys.
For the money i paid for it I find it to be a great device.
When buying a tablet doing your homework on the devices is one of the best investments you can make.
If you're looking for a cheaper tablet that's responsive and has a good touch screen on it witsech just released a capacitive version of their A81G it has all the goodies you could want build in comes with 2.2 and flash.
the A81 has a large community of folks doing work on it and the manufacturer has delivered all updates they promised up to this point.
Finally found a tablet which works good. Beyond its line of duty. Pandigital novel with cruz firmware. Market works. Good ereader.. I like it.. posting from it! !
