Hi, I have an Onda V971 and when trying to download an e book library, I get an error message e101. Does anyone know what this means? Is there a guide somewhere on this tablet? Is there a way to move files around?

That's a playstore error message.
Go to settings select apps, go to all apps.
Select google framework, select clear cache
Select google play store, select clear cache
Reboot the device.
