Flytouch 3 Webcam and vibration???

Does webcam work on Flytouch 3 like video chatting on Skype ?? Does it have vibration?? Because I am deaf.

I have yet to get a video chat program to work, I really don't think this tablet supports this type of program yet. It does have some vibration functions, in what way do you want it to vibrate, under what circumstances?

Vibration works on games and other apps. As far as video chat goes, I don't really know which would be best.
