Getting Google PlayStore

Hello, I am trying to set up a Coby Kyros Mid7042 for my grandmother, and am having problems with GetJar. I also think the playstore would be less frustrating for her. How would I go about getting the playstore on this tablet, and if I need to root it, can I please have exact directions and the files necessary? I am new to the whole software technicality aspect of electronics, so any help would be appreciated.

If it doesn't make sense to you, install the Amazon Appstore and call it a day. The process in the sticky posts is as simple as possible, but you must understand what you are doing or else you'll destroy your tablet.

I didn't read it right, but it makes sense and I understand the risk I'm taking. But I didn't see any files in those posts.
