Gift certificate from Sony

yesterday i received an email from sony with a code for a $30 credit for my sony entertainment network account as a thank you for purchasing my tablet. my problem is that i can't get the code to work.

has anyone else received this email and did you have a problem using the code?

I got it and it worked fine here in America. Does their support have an online chat? Or send them an email. Have you used Videos Unlimited? They have some free videos if you just want to check and make sure it is working properly. Good luck!

i'm from canada and had an issue with my code as well. I e-mailed sony and they said it didnt work cause the code was for US, which is weird cause the original code e-mail was from Sony Canada. Anyway, they e-mailed a new code and it worked fine.
