I bought my tablet about a year ago and last week, it started flashing this message: The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. (Force close). Every time I press the force close button, the screen turns black for a bit and then the message pop up again. I already read some of the articles talking about the same problem but I do not know how to do factory reset. I do not know where to find the update.img file. I tried to find it on the web but there are so many and I do not which is the right one. I just don't want to brick my tablet.
