I have a herotab c8 purchased from amazon last month. It just died and wont boot at all. No response to the power button. I tried reflashing but not response on screen, it dont even backlight. I tried posted instruction on reformatting cards and reflashing for dead tablet but no luck..
I contacted amazon and they actually tell me to call samsung..?! They tell me it under factory warranty (of course) but cant tell me how or who to contact. There doesnt seem to be a site for Herotab. Any help?
