Help , Is this a really a WM8650 tablet?

Good day to all,
i bought this tablet during our vessel's drydock at Shanghai, China about a month ago
for about 120$ at a local seaman's club.
about phone says model wm8650 and running android 2.2.
It's the same size and dimension as the iPad as it fits jellycase for original ipads
if it is indeed or not a wm8650, i hope you can recommend me a better Rom to flash it with.

i am now downloading Uberoid WM8650 1.3.0 HYBRiD HoneyCombMOD v5
option 11= VIA 8650 seems to be my apparent choice.
i am to trying to absord as much information as i can before i flash this.
hoping everything will turn out well.
btw, i can seem to find the thanks button.
