Help me plz. can't open setting/storge mid7033

i have coby mid7003. i can't download because the message in [FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit !important]es [/FONT][FONT=inherit !important]file[/FONT][/FONT] manager SD CARD not mounted nor present, and if I click on the settings/storage it states that "unfortunately, setting has stopped"
Please, help me !!!

Not without added info like whether you are rooted and any modifications you may have done, such as editing system files.
