i'm done to do this back up reset ------> factory data rest ------>> check erase sd card then a message show sd card removed and factory data reset again reset tablet after that i check again the storage nothings happen what did you do to your device to fix it? ((

I got to remount the secondary internal SD Card. As I mention on my previous post. press power and volume + & - for 5 seconds and check. Only problem some applications installed must be re installed again but it worked for me. try it out.

Hey give me the Specific Step to remount the 2nd internal partition guys? i want to fix this now i've been waiting for 1 month to have solution for this? and you are saying Power On + Volume + and - i'm done but no effect i turn off my device and doing that and the other guy saying back up and reset ---> Factory Data Reset ---> Check the Erase SD card and Reset tablet the message will flash SD card has been removed and back and reset tablet again there's no effect? how did you fix your 2nd partition?

with your device turned on, press and hold Volume + & - and Power for 5-10 seconds then restart your device. also, try removing your external SD card before doing this, if there's any

Not that I'm aware of.

For the OP, enter USB Debugging mode on the tablet, run the following commands, and post the output?
