If I take out the charger, the device turns off.

In the device, the battery state is 100% !

No, no light, Only when I connect the charger or USB.

I'm afraid the battery is broken, did your tablet fall ? Maybe the batteries aren't connected properly, you could try opening your tablet, tipstir posted a nice tutorial how to open a tablet.
