[HELP] Unable to find Developer Options

Good day sir, I cant find the Developer options after i use framaroot with my tablet, I tried factory reset, Recovery data wipe and tapping the build number, it always say, "No need, you are already a developer", i want to open the USB debug to root my device e to back-up my firmware before I flash new firmware..

When you are rooted, you have what is essentially all the same developer options you would have with multiple taps of the build number and more.

Sir, the problem is Im not root, after i use the framaroot, i cant find the developer option

Sorry but I'm not following you. You used Frameroot and you aren't rooted.Something's missing.
