Help, want to nandroid restore to another nook

Ok, this is the situation. I customized my nook color and it is working great with all the apps I need (I'm in phiremod 6.2 now)

Now, I have a friend who just got a new nook color and he wants it exactly like mine and my question is if I can use a nandroid I made with mine and restore it to his nook. Will it work?

Yes it will. Just create bootable CWR SD card and put your backup file on it and choose restore. You may want to change the google account, password wifi etc. right after you flash it.
