How do I delete preinstalled apps from my LG Ally?

Am trying desperately to rid myself and my phone of (cr)apps like Google Maps, LG Social and Skype. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yor will need to root it then use something like root explorer or system app remover.
