How do i reinstall my firmware? eken (m009_v4 printed on motherboard)

Hi guys, just got hold of a Mid 7" tablet (blue power light + green headphone)

have had a quick read through the forums & i am confident i have a eken m009 pad. I have downloaded the android 1.6 to my pc but i am not sure how to install it onto the pad.

i copied the whole file structure to a fat32 usb and powered up the pad but nothing happens, just loads as usual. when the usb is plugged in it shows as empty on file manager. should the usb be ntfs or fat?

when loading the pad says "uberoid"

My nephew bought this as used/new condition & i think it is a bit messed up. have tried to restore factory settings, ie settings-sd card but allways comes up with an error message.

any help much apreciated.

Hi you need to open the folder you downloaded with 7Zip then open that folder till you get to a folder called script coppy that whole folder onto a formated sc card.
insert the card into the pad then turn the pad on with the charger connected. and all should be good just follow the prompts.
