If dropbox is working for the Nook then thats pretty easy.
Create a dropbox account.
Install dropbox on PC/Mac (Or just use dropbox online through browser) and install on Nook.
Place Apks into dropbox folder.
Download onto Nook from dropbox app.
You may need to install a file manager like Astro to install the files.
That's how it works on my Evo at least, idk how much different the Nook can be...

Dropbox works the same way on Nook you can also try this in the FAQ section http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/nook-color-faq/9926-how-access-nook-color-sd-card-over-wifi.html
