how to tell if im rooted

I have a superpad that I rooted with z4root I enabled usb debugging ect the pad restarts it self but my overclock widget says it needs root and dosent run. Both z4root and universalandroot. Say I'm rooted but I can't uninstall apps like the infomarket so how do I know for sure if I'm rooted

Install terminal emulator and type Su. If the cursor switches to a # then you really have root

You can tell you're rooted if you have like android icon saying super user.

Having superuser dosent mean its rooted but I seem to have. Root iv been able to delete system apps with root manager. So I'm rooted not sure what's wrong with. The widget
