[HowTo] Titanium Backup - Restore Apps + System Data to New ROM

Hi,
I have a Motorola Electrify M currently running on cyanogenmod 11. I want to get back stock rom. Can I use titanium back up to restore apps and data for stock rom. I'm asking this question for the reason cyanogenmod is based on 4.4.4 and stock rom is based on 4.1.2
