I lost MY VIDEO App

Turned on my pad and the APP "My Video" is gone !
I searched everything in the pad and SD disk and it's GONE !!
This is the e-pad I have and if anyone can send me this apk file or tell me where I can get it, I would be eternally grateful!
I can't watch videos now !
