UPDATE : I burned suceessuly m701sa rom in my tab but still the same problem

Stop burning, first make a factory reset.
Remove all your sdcards and USB sticks from the tablet before reset.
Switch off your tablet.
Hold down the big back button on the right side in the middle of the screen + the little menu button upper side of the tablet and keep the buttons down, then push the power button and wait while you still pushing the buttons.
Sometimes you have to repeat a few times before you get it right.

Do i have to open the tab to take of the sd card cause now they have no sd card plugged by me !

Sounds like you updated the wrong package. Your only options are to:
1: return it to where you bought it for a refund or replacement or,
2: use it to whack cheetos across the room.
