Internal memory problem

hi
today i tryed to partition my internal memory, and now the tablet and my pc both can't find the memory anymore.
i tryed to run this command "dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/mmcblk0" that is showed in this xda thread but i can't get it to work.
can somebody help me

Yeah that's a bad ideal to do that, see if your tablet will format your memory.

the tablet doesn't mount the internal memory, does anyone know other ways to fix this?
