KYROS MID1125 Stuck at android screen

oh, help me! My mid1125 have the same problem too! Could you tell me more about the steps, so that I can follow them myself! I am capable of some IT terms but cannot get all the meanings from just these 2 pages!

So far, I haven't don't anything but use a tooth pick to press the reset button.
I have not even get the device connect with the PC yet!
