Listen to an E Book

I was wondering if there was an app that would read the text of a book out loud. Something that would allow me to listen while I'm driving etc. I picked up a book that says text to speech enabled, but it appears it's for a Kindle.

I have a rooted Nook Tablet. Just curious.

I love this site, you guys and gals have answered many of my newbie questions.
