Lost download options in Dolphin HD 4.6

I am unable to change the default file download option and can't locate the associated task in nookcolor tools. Any help is appreciated.

EDITED: I tried to restore data only from Titanium Backup, but this did not help. I am sure there is a way to fix my problem, but I sure can't find it.

**** I should have said "Complete Action Using..." instead of "Lost Download Options". Any insight into my problem is welcomed.
